What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is a piece of jewelry or chain that is arc-welded together to be claspless.  While it is not exactly "permanent", it has no clasp to be easily removed and must be cut off.  It is made to last and designed to withstand your daily activities.  It is a very low-maintenance way to wear jewelry that fits perfectly and lasts forever.

How does it work?

First, you choose your favorite chain from our custom collection to fit your style and story.  We also offer a collection of connectors for you to choose from. We will measure your wrist and cut the chain to size.  Your trained specialist then uses a machine to weld the ends together with a tiny jump ring to secure your custom fit chain.  This process is easy, quick, and painless!  We are happy to fill custom orders if you're unable to find exactly what you're looking for in our current selection.

What is the cost of my permanent jewelry?

We offer a flat rate price for each chain type, unlike most Permanent Jewelry Specialists who charge per inch.  A flat price makes it easier on the specialist and the customer and also honors size inclusivity. ♡  
 

What if I need to remove my permanent jewelry temporarily?

No problem!  Permanent jewelry is meant to stay on, so we encourage you to pick a piece that will work with your lifestyle.  However, we understand life happens and you may need to remove your jewelry at some point.  In such case, we (or you) can simply cut the piece off with jewelry cutters or sharp scissors.  If you want to put it back on in the future, we recommend that you cut at the jump ring and save your chain and we will weld it back on for a small fee.

Can my child get one?

With parental consent, we would be happy to weld on a permanent jewelry piece for your child age 5 and older.  A parent or guardian must be present if the child is younger than 16. You must sign a waiver for your child that will be provided at your appointment.  We offer a small collection of stainless steel/enamel chains with fun colors and patterns to suit your child's taste.

What if my bracelet breaks?

If your jewelry piece is broken at the welding point, we would be happy to reweld your piece with a new jump ring within 30 days of your purchase.  If the chain itself breaks, we are not responsible for the breakage.  However, all of our chains are high quality, so the likelihood of the chain breaking is low.

My jewelry is tarnishing, how do I fix it?

Our jewelry supply is tarnish resistant.  However, all jewelry will tarnish slightly over time. Certain factors such as frequent exposure to chlorine, hot tubs, and perfumes could cause your chain to tarnish more quickly.  If this happens, simply clean the jewelry to restore it's vibrancy and shine.  To do this, wipe the affected areas with the complimentary polishing cloth we provide at your first appointment.  For tough spots, use warm water and a mild soap.

What is your booking policy for In Studio appointments?

A $20 per person deposit is required at the time of accepted booking.  This deposit will be applied towards your chain purchase on the day of the your appointment. Once you fill out a booking request, you will be contacted about your booking details.  Once the details have been approved and your deposit has been paid, THEN your appointment will be confirmed.

What is your cancellation policy for In Studio appointments? 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your confirmed appointment to get your deposit back or reschedule for free.  If your cancellation or reschedule is made less than 48 hours before your confirmed appointment, you will lose your free reschedule and your deposit will be used as a cancellation fee.

 

What is your booking policy for Mobile Parties?

 A $20 per person deposit is required at the time of accepted booking.  This deposit is nonrefundable but will be applied towards your chain purchase on the day of the party.  Once you fill out a booking request, you will be contacted about your booking details.  Once the details have been approved and fees & deposits are paid, THEN your booking will be confirmed.

What is your cancellation policy for Mobile Parties?

If you need to cancel your Mobile Party, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to get one free reschedule for a future date.  If your cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, you will lose your free reschedule. There is a $20 nonrefundable travel/set up fee due at the time of accepted booking for parties and events less than 20 miles away.  For parties or events further than 20 miles, the travel/set up fee is $50+ nonrefundable, due at the time of accepted booking. â€‹
